Scope
IWC was hired to complete the end-to-end servicing for the construction of the Northfield Co-Op. Work included site prep including blasting and rock processing on-site, excavation services, sanitary, storm and water installations, fuel storage tank installations, lock block retaining walls and final road works.
Summary
This project was a great example that showcased the integrated civil services provided by IWC. From the first dig to the final grade, IWC was able to deliver quality and efficiency. Starting with the beginning excavation and site prep and moving into the underground utilities and final road work. Working with DOL Construction IWC was able to execute with excellence.
